1 Tablespoon Of Organic Almond Butter Or Peanut Butter

Protein Powder (Brown Rice/Hemp/Pea) Worth 20 Grams

½ Banana

1 Medjool Date

Dash Of Cinnamon To Taste

¼ Cup Of Coffee If You Like

Ice
